Cab Pet Nat Volume:75CL passing down their commitment toThis Pet Nat from Peneds represents Clot de les Soleres' unique take on Cabernet Sauvignon sparkling wine. First introduced in 2017, it follows a meticulous production process. The grapes are hand harvested and pressed whole without cooling, allowing for spontaneous fermentation. The wine then rests with lees for 13 months before disgorgement in October of the following year, creating a distinctive expression of this variety in sparkling form.
