Made from a single apple variety, Dabinett, grown in their own Burrell's Meadow Orchard. The apples were harvested at their peak in early November, spontaneously fermented, and then aged in neutral oak barrels for a year. After a further year resting under cork, this Orange Cider reveals a delightfully rich aromatic profile of perfume, flowers, and
