Porter's Perfection is a lovely apple, a favourite of theirs and when blended with 40% Dabinett the flavours are wonderfully multi layered. This has been fermented to dry, bottled before the end to create a sparkling dry Pet Nat. Red apple, orange flesh, peach, orchard floor.
